Ο Πύργος των Πετιμεζέων – Petimezas Tower

 The Leaning  Tower Petimeza located in an elevated position in the village Lower Loysoi .

Maintained in good condition, it is one of the oldest castles in the mountainous Peloponnesus (dating back to the 17th century) and exemplifies fortified residence (with a large number of embrasures) and unique (in terms of layout and form) circular defensive tower. Was predominantly a center of resistance against the Turks (before and during the Revolution of 1821) and has been classified as a historical monument.
